Our new state of the art depositor will handle all types of cookie dough with large particulates as well as brownie dough and snack bar dough. Cookie formulations can be developed by our research and development department or we can process dough to match your specifications. The new cookie processing equipment is capable of running 2000 pounds of dough per hours. Coastals 100 foot tunnel oven can bake over 2500 pounds of product per hour depending on the size of the cookie. Cookie puck sizes available too.
